Yes. Our watches fit any strap meant for a 44mm watch.
On Tactical watches the standard strap is a rubber logo embossed strap that comes in one size. Other straps will be available to buy as an optional extra.
Yes, we have partnered with Klarna to allow you an opportunity to spread your payments.
Balance is payable at least one month prior to the watch being delivered. We will send you an email with a link for you to pay the balance.
No, all deposits are non-refundable, because each watch has to be commissioned to be hand-built in Switzerland.
Our standard deposit for our Tactical range is £250/$250
It means that the watch is currently in a build queue with our manufacturer in Switzerland.
We chose to use the very best watch manufacturing partner to ensure the quality of our watches is absolutely first class. Our manufacturer has 70 years of experience building outstanding mechanical watches. Our design team are based in Hereford, England.
Delivering your watch
Demand for Pagoda watches has been overwhelming but we’re working hard to meet it. As of January 2022, you can expect a wait time of 6 to 8 months.

Warranty, servicing and returns
You can receive a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your watch. It must be in pristine condition, in its original packaging. It is also your responsibility to get it back safely to us.
If the watch is faulty then we will either repair or replace it. If it is through damage caused by you, or through fair wear and tear, then we will give you a quote to repair it.
Yes. A Pagoda watch will last generations if looked after. We recommend a service every three to five years.
Our standard warranty is two years, and this covers you in the unlikely event that anything breaks on your watch due to faulty workmanship.
